Since opening in April, Chef Kyle Schotte has continued to cultivate a long list of fans who continue to flock to The Flats Restaurant in Beverly Hills for their flatbreads and more. Chef Kyle, executive chef and partner of The Flats, is known for winning Food Network’s popular on air cooking competition, “Cut Throat Kitchen.” At The Flats, his trademark flatbread has been re-imagined in a new way, offering a variety of dishes that are rebellious yet approachable.
The menu includes a variety of dishes for meat lovers including the fried chicken flatbread. Must-have starters include the fresh homemade caramelized baguette and the meatballs which includes soubise, baby herbs, and bread crumbs.
For cocktails, bar guru and partner, Pete Capella, created unique drinks to compliment the diverse menu offers. Some must-try cocktails include the Wilshire Boulevard, Abres Los Ojos, and My Oscar Please; to name a few.
