The Ocaso Underground Music Festival is set to return to Costa Rica for the fourth year in a row and announced today its long-awaited powerhouse musical line-up. Farmers Insurance Open @ Torrey Pines Golf Course

With defending champion Justin Rose, the Farmers Insurance Open consistently attracts a world-class field. This is the 68th PGA TOUR event held in San Diego, beginning with the San Diego Open in 1952. Wednesday, January 22 is preview day, which will feature the Pro-Am in which amateur players will play on the North and South courses with PGA TOUR professionals. Beyond Black — The Style Of Amy Winehouse will offer a retrospective of Winehouse’s career, her biggest influences, her most iconic fashion moments, and how she — while only living to be 27 and releasing two studio albums — left an indelible mark on music, fashion and pop culture. The exhibit will also touch on how Winehouse’s untimely passing led her family to create the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which works to inspire children and young people to build their self-esteem and resilience so that they can flourish. To celebrate the exhibit opening, Winehouse’s stylist, Naomi Parry, and Winehouse’s close friend, Catriona Gourlay, will discuss stories and the history behind these costumes at the Museum’s Clive Davis Theater as part of an exclusive members-only program on Jan. 20. The discussion will be moderated by, music journalist, Eve Barlow. Afterwards, the Museum will offer a free first-come, first-served, public launch party as a special kickoff to GRAMMY Week. The exhibit opens to the public on Jan. 17 and will run through April 13, 2020. The score will be performed live to a screening of the film. With the creation of a new score, Jeff offers a modernized viewpoint that illuminates the film’s exploration of timeless themes: temptation, forgiveness and redemption. This is also a unique opportunity that showcases chorale music as film music, instead of the instrumental-only film music that has become the norm.
