Now in its 19th year, the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival definitely left its mark with festivalgoers buzzing about #Beychella. This year’s star-studded performances included The Weeknd, Eminem, SZA, Post Malone, Migos, HAIM, Cardi B and Beyonce, who SLAYED the stage and became the first woman of color to headline the music festival. She performed for BeyHive fans after a year’s wait in a nearly two-hour set that celebrated southern black culture and included a Destiny’s Child reunion, “Deja Vu” performance with her husband, Jay-Z, and dance medley with her sister, Solange.

Lucky Brand Desert Jam
Classic denim and festival fun combined when Lucky Brand took over ARRIVE Palm Springs for their second annual Desert Jam. Featured performances included Harry Hudson and Charli XCX with celebs including Patrick Schwarzenegger, Delilah Belle, and Olympian Chloe Kim in attendance. Partygoers perfected their festival looks with Scunci and FHI Heat. Guests also snacked on Cookie Pop and Pasta Chips, while enjoying Omission Beer and Jack Daniels cocktails. VIPs even walked away with items from Lucky Brands newest collection including custom chainstitch embroidery by Rowdy Cowlick.

ZOEasis Style Retreat
The Zoe Report, along with Founder and Editor at Large, Rachel Zoe, returned to Coachella for the fourth annual ZOEasis style retreat at The Parker Hotel in Palm Springs where guests were welcomed into Rachel Zoe’s ode to Marrakech to indulge exotic sips and small plates. Celebs in attendance included Paris Hilton, Olivia Culpo, Victoria Justice, Delilah Belle Hamlin and Lisa Rinna. The Souk marketplace offered free beauty and wellness services to guests including a luxe nail bar by OPI Products, hair styling market by Pravana and inspirational henna art by Keds. Additionally, luxury skincare brand, SK-II prepped guests with glowing skin for their journey into the desert and beyond.

Neon Carnival
Neon Carnival presented by the Levi’s Brand and Tequila Don Julio returned for its ninth consecutive year, offering partygoers exciting carnival style games and amusement park thrills. Tequila Don Julio provided guests with specialty Palomas served from the Airstream Speakeasy. Los Angeles beer staple, Golden Road Brewery, also provided a unique bar experience with their customized freight container serving up their most popular brands. Batiste Dry Shampoo even offered hairstyling stations giving attendees bold, festival-inspired styles and product samples for the ultimate hair refresh. Timberland and Migos keep partygoers dancing with performances that lasted into the early morning hours.

American Express Platinum House at the Parker Palm Springs
American Express Platinum House at the Parker Palm Springs, offered Platinum Card Members exclusive access to unforgettable experiences before hitting up the festival grounds including live performances by Julia Michaels and Justine Skye on the Republic Records Platinum House stage. Guests also got their sweat on at the SoulAnnex pop-up from SoulCycle, who offered free morning workout classes. Additionally, festivalgoers got festival-ready beauty looks from MILK Makeup, temporary tattoos, crystal energy readings and Reiki along with delicious bites and refreshing cocktails.

Genies Mirage Pool Party
Los Angeles boutique, Madison Beverly Hills, Genies app and creative marketing agency VAMPPED joined forces to throw the ultimate Coachella weekend getaway. Guest enjoyed live performances, food trucks, open bars, hangover IV drips, tight rope walkers, and a salon pop-up sponsored by Sugar Bear. VIPs walked away with exclusive gifting from Beverly Hills luxury fashion store, Madison Style, and picked out feminine styles with a little edge from Fifteen Twenty’s newest collection. The Genies app also hosted an animated tent that allowed guests to add their Genies to ‘Live Events’ before sharing them on social media!

ShoeDazzle, the popular fashion accessories subscription service, threw a “Dazzle in the Desert” party at a luxe private villa and partnered up with NYX Cosmetics for a beauty suite at the Saguaro.

Foray Oasis x Hyde Away
FORAY Collective partnered with sbe hotspot HYDE Sunset to host a VIP influencer experience called FORAY Oasis | HYDE Away, which was held at a private estate in Rancho Mirage. The estate was transformed into an extravagant oasis including a glam buildout by Tresemme & Charlotte Tilbury, an interactive bar experience by Maestro Dobel, a relaxation spa area provided by Shure Headphones, and a gifting suite with top fashion brands like Joe Jeans. Guests jammed to DJ sets by Sam Feldt, Brody Jenner, Delamare and more, while dancing & mingling at sbe’s Hyde Sunset Pop Up lounge.

Furla hosted three days of music and glamour in a desert villa, with influencers and celebrated the release of their limited-edition #furladesertvibes festival bag by bringing the richness of Italian tradition to the desert! Furla’s Beach Club offered partygoers an Italian Aperitivo poolside at the “Furla Villa”, where guests enjoyed refreshing Italian cocktails and music spun by DJ Hannah Bronfman. Poppy Nightclub with Kourt x Kylie
Poppy Nightclub, in partnership with Kylie Cosmetics and BMW i, hosted the ultimate Coachella party destination BMW i’s ‘Powered Paradise In The Desert’. The Kardashian-Jenner squad was there including Kendall, Kourtney and Kylie who celebrated the launch of the ‘KOURT X KYLIE’ makeup collection. Other celebs in attendance included Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, The Weeknd, Demi Lovato, Odell Beckham Jr., G-Eazy, Halsey, Nicole Scherzinger, Paris Hilton and more! Guests even rocked out to a DJ set by Diplo, with live performances by Lil Wayne, Post Malone and Travis Scott.
adidas originals #tlks and ultraboost pop up
Throughout the weekend, The Hub, a blue and white vintage adidas van, served as the connection point for all adidas Originals product drops at the festival campgrounds. Thousands of lucky fans were surprised with new sneakers and tees as a patrol of Originals vendor carts roamed the grounds. In addition to new adidas gear, festivalgoers were given food and drink vouchers plus tickets to ride the iconic Coachella Ferris-wheel.
Other adidas events for Weekend One included the adidas Running pop-up mirage at the Clima Experience featuring Ultraboost Clima in the middle of the Palm Springs desert. In parallel, adidas Originals celebrated the launch of the female-exclusive ARKYN with a #TLKS conversation at the notorious Zenyara Estate outside Palm Springs.
Levi’s Brunch
Levi’s hosted a brunch at the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs celebrating its Icons and 501 Jean Family. Showcasing their influence on music and pop culture, the event featured DJ sets Snoop Dogg and Heron Preston. Other celebs in attendance included Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin, Joan Smalls, Tyson Chandler, andRachel Zoe, who received live customizations at the on-site Levi’s Tailor Shop including chain stitch embroidery, screen printing, airbrushing and heat press.
