In honor of Financial Literacy Month, Bumble Bizz and Style & Society’s Kinya Claiborne joined forces with Stacks House, a touring pop-up destination in Downtown Los Angeles celebrating women’s financial empowerment and independence. A pop-up with a purpose that champions women’s financial literacy and independence to help close the gap between women and wealth in America, the powerhouse trio kicked off opening day by hosting a reception for influencers and women entrepreneurs.
Guests enjoyed a meet and greet with She Stacks co-founders Farnoosh Torabi, Patience Ramsey and Kindra Meyer, a team of self-made entrepreneurial women in personal finance. Attendees then embarked on a self-guided tour of Stacks House filled with plenty of money-themed instagramable moments. Each room within Stacks House is designed around key financial goals including the Debt Boxing Gym to the Retirement Rodeo to the Money Moves Room and The Gold Bar by Day Owl Rose.
The event concluded in The Gold Bar where guests had the opportunity for networking while enjoying chilled glasses of Day Owl Rosé Wine from the female owned O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, ice cream sandwiches from Cool Haus, and a photo booth moment powered by Hollywood Photobooth. Each guests walked away with Bumble Bizz gift bags filled with a bottle of Day Owl Wine, Bumble Bizz goodies and the inaugural Bumble Bizz Magazine.
Stacks House also features a pop-up shop from Bulletin, a curated network of female-founded brands on a mission to democratize retail by connecting retailers and partners with the most coveted, up-and-coming brands in the game.
