Music’s biggest night, the 60th Grammy Awards was held at in New York Madison Square Garden on January 28. The star-studded awards show was hosted by Late Late Show host, James Corden and celebrated the best in music. Bruno Mars was the biggest winner of the night, taking home 6 awards including Record of The Year, Song of The Year and Album of The Year. Kendrick Lamar also won big with 5 awards including Rap/ Song Performance, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Album. Other winners included Ed Sheeran, The Weekend, Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town and many more.
Although the Grammys were held in New York this year, Angelenos celebrated with Grammy parties in Los Angeles filled with few of the brightest stars. KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV along with Celebrity Page & Music Choice held a Grammy viewing party at the La Piazza Ristorante at The Grove. Celebs in attendance included Cynthia Bailey, Aaron Carter, Elisabeth Rohm, and more who enjoyed an Italian buffet, cocktails and walked away gift bags filled with plenty of swag.
Additionally, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fan-favorite Erika Girardi (aka Erika Jayne) hosted a GenLux Issue Release bash celebrating her magazine cover. Guests enjoyed a hair/beauty runway show by Sassoon and Coty, cocktails by Golden State vodka and received gift bags fills with Sassoon hair products.
