Premium Denim brand DL1961 snagged super model Emily Ratajkowski as the face of its brand for two seasons kicking off with its fall 2017 advertising campaign. Themed ‘female empowerment,’ the campaign, shot at the Plaza Hotel in New York by celebrated photographer Boo George, embraces the strength of modern womanhood as embodied by Ratajkowski, an advocate for women’s rights. The fall campaign also includes an exclusive behind-the-scenes video featuring Ratajkowski and is the first of two DL1961 campaigns featuring Ratajkowski, who will continue to work with the brand through spring 2018.
Since launching in 2008, it’s become a global leader in denim innovation, fusing technology with fashion.
