Samsung celebrated the opening of the Samsung Galaxy Studio in Los Angeles at the Americana at Brand on July 31. Yael Cohen Braun and Julie Greenbaum of FCancer hosted the launch event with a special live performance by the Cold War Kids and an appearance by Game of Thrones’ Nathalie Emmanuel. Zach Overton, vice president of customer experience and general manager of Samsung 837 at Samsung Electronics America, kicked off the launch event and pledged Samsung’s support of FCancer by donating $100,000 to the organization. Throughout the event, Cold War Kids played an acoustic set of some of their hits including “First,” “So Tied Up,” “Love is Mystical,” and a special cover of Rihanna’s “”Love on the Brain.”
Open now through October, the Samsung Galaxy Studio in Los Angeles will give guests access to Samsung’s innovative technology and hands-on experience exploring the latest Galaxy products and services through an engaging interactive environment. The Samsung Galaxy Studio lets users get a hands-on experience exploring the latest Galaxy products. Other Samsung Galaxy Studio locations include San Francisco, Dallas, Washington D.C., and Chicago.
