Angelenos, it’s time to dust off your stretchy pants! The annual LA Food Fest celebrates eight years in existence, with everyone’s favorite unlimited tasting event. La Food Fest features a new format including a new location with over 100 vendors, LA based craft beer and wine gardens, and live entertainment! LA’s favorite Instagram worthy tasting event is here and it’s all going down at the Coliseum on June 10.
The LA Food Fest is back with more world class chefs, award-winning restaurants, out of town headliners, your favorite trucks, street stands, and more. This year’s 8th Annual Summer Tasting continues its reign as one of the city’s staple events with guests being treated to a curated selection of signature eats, a brand new Nuevo Gastropub featuring some of Mexico’s top talent and brewers, and the return of fan favorites including premium tequila tasting, an iced coffee lounge, and an ice cream social. Guests can enjoy all of these greats eats for $65.
First timers to LA Food Fest are: Ninja Rice Burger, Skinny Bitch Pizza, Strada Eateria, Casa De Brisa, Pasta Sisters, Soup Bazaar, Rays BBQ, and Breakfast by Salt’s Cure. With Ensaymada Project, Pot, Love Swirls, and Fatamorgana Gelato (making their US debut). Rad Coffee and Copper Cow Coffee among others will be available for caffeine lovers once anticipated “food comas” kick in. Not to mention the chefs at Nuevo Gastropub will be doing all of their prep and cooking of a whole cow, two goats, and two pigs on site!

Instagram Worthy Dishes
New flavors and Instagram worthy dishes as in previous years can be found at a handful of new and up and coming chefs and caterers. A favorite from sister event, Artisanal LA, is Casa de Brisa who’ll be doing an Instagram worthy concha burger just for the event. Other new finds include Nushi Sushi Burrito and Soup Bazaar’s Brazilian coco shrimp soup.

Indulge your sweet tooth at the Ice Cream Social with sweets and treats from Afters Ice

For the 21 and older crowd, feel free to enjoy multiple beer gardens featuring local Los Angeles breweries presented by the LA Brewer’s Guild and multiple bars including Gracias Madres’, Jason Eisner, and a brand new Bloody Mary bar. Plus LA local San Antonio Wines will be launching their new dessert wine in addition to theirTequila Tasting and Baja Wine Garden. Munro Cuervo Lounge presented by Mundo Cuervo and Delta Aeromexico will also feature great cocktails and plenty of places for all attendees, not just VIPs, to lounge.
