Chef Michael White, co-owner and head chef behind the Michelin star-awarded
food empire Altamarea Group, and fellow foodie and former MTV ‘The
Hills’ star Lo Bosworth, helped kick off Gin Mare’s global “Med Rooftop” series
with a lavish culinary and cocktail event at NYC’s Ramscale Studio’s rooftop on
June 9. The elaborate event was designed to evoke ‘Mare Nostrum (the
Taste of the Sea) and served as the official launch of the Mediterranean spirit in the US. Guests enjoyed Chef Michael White’s Mediterranean inspired tapas, which were perfectly paired with specialty Gin Mare cocktails made with unique savory botanicals keeping guests
refreshed.
