The stars of television gathered in Los Angeles for the 2026 Astra TV Awards, where the Hollywood Creative Alliance celebrated standout performances, series and creative achievements across broadcast, cable and streaming television.
Hosted by Emmy-nominated actress, comedian, producer and writer Lisa Ann Walter, the annual awards ceremony was held at the InterContinental in Los Angeles, bringing together actors, creators and entertainment industry leaders for a night honoring some of television’s biggest names and most acclaimed shows.
The Pitt emerged as the night’s biggest winner, taking home six awards, including Best Drama Series and Streaming Drama Ensemble. Noah Wyle won Actor in a Drama Series for his performance in the HBO Max drama and also earned the directing award for the episode “12:00 P.M.” Patrick Ball won Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, Sepideh Moafi earned Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and Tal Anderson was named Guest Actress in a Drama Series.
The comedy categories delivered another strong showing for some of television’s most celebrated series. Hacks won Best Comedy Series, while Jean Smart was named Actress in a Comedy Series and Hannah Einbinder won Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. The series also earned the comedy directing award for Lucia Aniello. Shrinking won Streaming Comedy Ensemble, with Jason Segel taking Actor in a Comedy Series and Harrison Ford winning Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Michael J. Fox earned Guest Actor in a Comedy Series.
Beef was another major winner at the 2026 Astra TV Awards, earning five awards, including Limited Series and Limited Series or TV Movie Ensemble. Oscar Isaac won Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie, while Charles Melton earned Supporting Actor. Sally Field was named Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie for Remarkably Bright Creatures.
Beyond the competitive categories, the Hollywood Creative Alliance presented special honors recognizing careers and contributions to film and television. William H. Macy received the Timeless Award, celebrating a career that has included acclaimed work across television, film and theater. Cedric the Entertainer received the Actor Spotlight Award, recognizing his three-decade career spanning stand-up comedy, television, film and Broadway.
Jason Ritter received the Generations Award, honoring his television career and the acting legacy of his father, John Ritter, and grandfather, Tex Ritter. Shawn Hatosy was presented with the Virtuoso Award for his work as an actor and director across television and film.
Natalie Alyn Lind received the TV Breakout Star Award, while Academy Award winner Troy Kotsur was honored with the Impact Award for breaking barriers across film and television. Kotsur made history as the first Deaf male performer to win an Academy Award for acting with his performance in CODA.
Other winners included Keri Russell, who was named Actress in a Drama Series for The Diplomat, and Macaulay Culkin, who won Guest Actor in a Drama Series for Fallout. Christina Ricci earned Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for Wednesday.
The Hollywood Creative Alliance partnered with the Brandywine Valley SPCA as the official charitable partner of the 2026 Astra TV Awards. Following the ceremony, the organization airlifted more than 80 dogs and puppies to the East Coast as part of an effort to support overcrowded Los Angeles shelters.
With major victories for The Pitt, Beef, Hacks and Shrinking, along with career honors for William H. Macy, Cedric the Entertainer, Jason Ritter, Shawn Hatosy, Natalie Alyn Lind and Troy Kotsur, the 2026 Astra TV Awards spotlighted both established Hollywood talent and the performers and television series shaping the current entertainment landscape.
