ESSENCE kicked off GRAMMY weekend with its 7th annual Black Women In Music event on February 11. The event, sponsored by The Lincoln Motor Company and African Pride Shea Butter Miracle, featured special live performances by 2016 GRAMMY nominees Andra Day and Jazmine Sullivan. Other celebs in attendance included Zendaya, Bilal, Christina Milian, Corinne Bailey Rae, Estelle, George Clinton, Lalah Hathaway, MC Lyte, Queen Latifah and Yara Shahidi.
