Clint Eastwood, Zack Snyder and Jon Cryer celebrated the exclusive red carpet unveiling of the revamped 25,000 sq ft expansion of Warner Bros Studio Tour’s Stage 48: Script to Screen, which opened to the public on July 16. Based on the Hollywood studio lot, which is home to more than 90 years of much-loved entertainment, drama and action, Stage 48 gives guests an unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to the world of film and TV production.
The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood expansion includes newly enhanced features and a brand-new element that allows film fans to see how their favorite movies and TV shows are made and the opportunity to get up close to sets, props and costumes from some of Warner Bros.’ most beloved movies and TV shows. Among Stage 48’s various interactive elements exclusive to the Studio Tour is the opportunity for guests to design their own Batmobiles and movie costumes while in the pre-production section or re-enact a scene from Friends right on the iconic Central Perk set. Guests can also enjoy “flying” on Harry’s broomstick, which employs the same green screen technology used in the “Harry Potter” movie productions.
Along with the launch of the expanded Stage 48, newly enhanced elements have been added throughout other areas of the experience including specially recorded messages from the stars of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, “Pretty Little Liars” and a slew of other behind-the-scenes experiences.
