The world of glitz and glamour was on full display at Pooph’s Critics Choice Luxury Lounge, presented by LA Smile & GBK Brand Bar, which took place on January 12th and 13th in Beverly Hills, California. This exclusive, invitation-only event drew the crème de la crème of Hollywood, including Critics’ Choice Award nominees, presenters, past winners, and A-list celebrities.

GBK Productions, known for its premier celebrity gift lounges, along with partners Pooph and LA Smile, created an opulent experience for Hollywood’s finest. The event was not only a celebration of the Critics’ Choice Awards but also welcomed Emmy nominees and winners, turning it into a star-studded extravaganza.

Over the two days, guests were indulged with luxurious gifts and trips, encompassing everything from international vacations to fine wines and exclusive beauty products, set against the backdrop of a house DJ setting the mood with vibrant music.

Notable brands contributing to the lavish gift selection included Action Takers Publishing, offering ghostwriting and publishing services, and ADM Entertainment, providing the event’s lively music. Angel City Pit Bulls, a non-profit organization committed to the welfare of pit bulls, was also in attendance, highlighting their work in education and advocacy.

The event was a health and wellness haven, featuring products from Care A2 +, an Australian wellness company specializing in natural baby formula, and El Cristiano, providing ultra-premium, additive-free tequila. Fog Crest Vineyard, a black-woman owned vineyard in Sonoma County, offered exquisite wine selections.

The luxury did not stop there, with brands like Glow Pups showcasing fashionable dog accessories, Ike’s Love and Sandwiches offering a generous $1,000 gift card, and La Casa del Camino Hotel presenting a lavish two-night stay in Laguna Beach. LA Smile Specialists provided comprehensive dental care packages.

In the world of beauty, Michael Todd Beauty LP and Spa Sciences presented their range of beauty devices and skincare products. For those seeking a tranquil escape, Sailrock Resort offered a five-night stay at their luxury Turks and Caicos Resort.

The event also had a strong focus on social responsibility. Paws for Life K9 Rescue, alongside Angel City Pit Bulls, shared their impactful work in animal rescue and rehabilitation, while The Collective Identity Mentoring showcased their mentoring program for Black girls and gender-expansive youth.

This year’s Critics’ Choice Luxury Lounge was more than just a celebration of cinematic and television achievements; it was a testament to the power of collaboration between luxury brands and the entertainment industry, creating an unforgettable experience for all who attended. Hollywood’s biggest stars, including Angela Bassett, Mira Sorvino, Brian Cox and Adina Porter, reveled in the opulence, leaving with not just memories but a treasure trove of luxurious gifts and experiences.
