Margot, the hottest new rooftop restaurant in Los Angeles, celebrated its debut with an epic grand opening party. Celebs including Delilah Belle (Hamlin), Omar Benson Miller, and AnnaLynne McCord enjoyed curated cocktails, bites from the menu and DJ sets by Samantha Ronson, Brandi Cyrus and Zen Freeman. The Coastal Mediterranean restaurant at Culver City’s Platform features a fresh Italian and Spanish influenced cuisine inclusive of a lavish raw bar. The restaurant is situated at the stunning rooftop of Platform in Culver City with 360-degree views of the city. 

With a market-driven menu inspired by coastal Mediterranean cuisine, regional wines and craft cocktails, Margot offers an elegant dining experience. The venue features two patios; a large outdoor dining patio with custom bar and lounge area, and an intimate private patio for dinner parties and small events. The interior dining room features floor to ceiling greenhouse style windows looking out over Los Angeles, and an incredible custom bar as well as casual seating areas.

This is Rohan Talwar and IB Hospitality’s third Los Angeles opening in the last three years, inclusive of Norah restaurant in West Hollywood, and La Fete French cocktail bar in West Hollywood.
