Espolòn Tequila kicked off Day of the Dead with a special celebration at Academy in Hollywood. In the spirit of remembering and honoring those we have lost, Empire’s (FOX) Jussie Smollett paid homage to musical legends that inspired him throughout his career with an electrifying performance channeling Prince, Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross and more!
Throughout the evening guests danced and enjoyed activations, including taking photos with Espolòn’s traveling Altar Truck, participated in the Black Market where they were able to haggle for fun swag, enjoyed instagramable moments in the Day of the Dead inspired Photo Booth and left notes for past loved ones at the Wall of Memories. At the bar Espolòn featured their Espolòma, Mexican Mule and Añejo on the Rocks. Chingón food truck was on-site serving delicious tacos and guests enjoyed tamales and Pan de Muerto.
