Heather Tierney of The Butcher’s Daughter restaurant and Trumer Pils have teamed up to launch new beer-inspired breads and spreads! These two California staples recently debuted the delicious assortment of artisanal products during a ‘Toast To The Weekend’ lunch at The Butcher’s Daughter location in Venice, CA where guests enjoyed lunch, brews and custom, house-made breads and spreads. The collection of menu items were inspired by Trumer Pils’ centuries old recipe and the four pure ingredients which the brew hand-crafts its award-winning pilsner including water, malt, yeast and hops.
Trumer Pils, the world’s most awarded German-style pilsner, embodies the true meaning of a California state of mind – it is light, refined and refreshing. With a brewery in Berkeley, California and is a sister brewery to the centuries-old Trumer Brauerei in Salzburg, Austria, brewing in Berkeley allows beer drinkers in the United States to enjoy Trumer the way it was meant to be: fresh.
