Marking the beginning of Jordache’s 40th Anniversary, the iconic denim brand pinned Brazilian supermodel, actress, entrepreneur and mother Alessandra Ambrosio and her daughter Anja as the new faces of Jordache women’s and girls’ collections. Ambrosio and Anja are the first mother-daughter duo to participate in a Jordache campaign.
Shot by renowned photographer Cass Bird and styled by celebrity stylist Kate Young, the campaign highlights the brand’s famous stretch denim fits. The mother-daughter duo reflects the iconic Jordache look: vibrant, playful and fun in a multi-generational way. The campaign will launch in mid-September across print, digital, social, outdoor, and in-store channels. The Fall/Winter 2017 collection will be available at Bloomingdale’s stores, LordandTaylor.com, and Jordache.com.
Jordache was founded in 1978 by Joe, Ralph and Avi Nakash, who are credited with establishing the designer denim market in the U.S. Inspired by European fashions, the brothers created the denim collection, which grew to become one of the most iconic and sought-after jeans brands in the country. The signature sexy brand is a denim powerhouse, delivering a fresh approach to casual chic styles for the everyday woman.
