Dessert Goals, NYC’s most popular dessert festival is making its way to Los Angeles on June 17 at the Copper Design Space in downtown Los Angeles. Co-founders and friends, Liang Shi and Miraya Berke, both love dessert. Since both Shi and Berke share this same love for dessert, they decided there needed to be a cute festival around it, thus, Dessert Goals was born. Their inaugural New York event sold out of its 1,000 tickets in less than 10 minutes, and their most recent event in March sold out of 2,000 tickets in five minutes.
The festival will feature a tightly curated range of the city’s top dessert vendors, also to include both new and well-established purveyors of the most hyped, instagrammable desserts in Los Angeles and beyond. Dessert havens such as Coolhaus, AmazeBowls, Milk Jar Cookies, and Honey & Butter will be accounted for. Also, best-selling NYC desserts like Ring Dings from The Ring Ding Bar will be making an appearance. All ticket holders will have access to an array of drool-worthy desserts available for purchase inside the festival.
A limited number of Early Bird tickets ($10) will go on sale Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 12 p.m. PST, with General Admission tickets ($15) to be announced in the coming weeks. In addition to world-class sweets, Dessert Goals will host interactive workshops on getting the perfect Instagram page, styling beautiful food photos, and building up your Instagram following to become the next big food influencer. Workshop tickets are $50. Dylan’s Candy Bar will also be on site to give guests unlimited free candy. Yes, you read that right. Unlimited, free candy.
