Are you interested in learning more about wine industry career paths in marketing, sales/hospitality, and viticulture & enology? J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines is hosting a LinkedIn Live series with collaborative discussions on their personal career paths and industry tips including the opportunity to apply to their 1:1 Shadow Days, which include an all-expense paid trip to J. Lohr for any California resident who is selected.
The Shadow Days are a part of J. Lohr’s #JLohrWomen initiative that’s focused on elevating the voices of women in the alcohol beverage industry, creating new opportunities for professional entry into wine, and filling the alcohol beverage industry’s gender gap in executive roles, vineyards, wineries and more.
Shadow Days at J. Lohr are open to anyone interested in growing their knowledge or advancing their career path in wine, including students and professionals already in the alcohol beverage industry. Shadow Days are open to individuals within the state of California who are over the age of 21 for a day-long, sponsored visit to J. Lohr’s San Jose, Greenfield, or Paso Robles locations.
Applications will be accepted for thirty days following each of the upcoming LinkedIn Live sessions to be considered for a Shadow Day with J. Lohr team members in Wine Marketing, Wine Sales, or Viticulture/Winemaking. Join the conversation with these informative and educational LinkedIn Live events on career paths in the wine industry where six successful women will share their career journeys and advice.
