Land Rover hosted their first ever Range Rover Leadership Summit at the newly opened Academy Museum of Motion Pictures ahead of the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 15. The Summit featured discussions and presentations on the evolving nature of modern leadership, followed by the global public debut of the new 5th Generation Range Rover.
More than 800 guests including highly accomplished entrepreneurs, athletes, business and entertainment pioneers enjoyed food, drinks, and a live musical performance from Wyclef Jean, who kicked off the unveiling of the New Range Rover with a bespoke remix of his new track, “We Celebrate Life,” which made its world premiere at The Range Rover Leadership Summit.
Wyclef Jean also participated in the Leadership Journeys panel discussion before performing some of his greatest hits including “Hips Don’t Lie” and “Sweetest Girl”. An entrepreneur himself, Wyclef spoke about his launch of Sodo Mood Lab, the first ever Black owned Source Music Library, powered by composers of color.
The Range Rover Leadership Summit was created as a celebration of the evolving nature of modern leadership with a slate of engaging discussions, Q&A’s and keynote talks with some of today’s most respected thought-leaders across various industries. The Summit brought insightful discussions with panelists such as world-renowned athlete, Lindsey Vonn; Founder & CEO, The Agency, Mauricio Umansky; VP of YouTube Marketing, Angela Courtin, and many more.
