The art of fine dining is back at Fellow combining unmatched service, cuisine, art, and atmosphere in a historic West Los Angeles setting. Owned and operated by restaurateur Philip Camino of Camino Industries, the menu at Fellow presents an eclectic blend of flavors rooted in high-quality, locally sourced seasonal produce, alongside sustainable meat and seafood from the finest purveyors.
Menu highlights include Scallop ceviche with avocado, radish, and jalapeño; marinated Foie Gras with strawberry, onion, and mustard greens; Ricotta Gnudi with tomato and summer squash; glazed Lobster with turnips, leeks, and vanilla; Roasted Carrots with black rice and mushroom; and grilled Short Rib with potato, maitake mushroom, and horseradish. Desserts include Pistachio Cake with cherries and brittle; and Butter Mochi with dulce de leche and sesame.
Fellows wine list showcases local wines from Ojai and Paso Robles, as well as finds from Northern California’s Sonoma and Napa regions, while also maintaining a collection from a multitude of iconic vineyards around the globe: Burgundy, Bordeaux, Alsace, Champagne, Rhone Valley, Oregon, Italy, Spain, Austria, South America, South Africa, Australia, and beyond. Fellow also offers wine-loving customers climate-controlled wine lockers in which to store bottles from their personal collection.
Another standout at Fellow is the expanded beer list featuring seasonal collections from the most talented brewers in Los Angeles alongside marquis Belgian classics and rare global releases. The Fellow beer program aims to highlight how expertly crafted beer can elevate and balance the fine dining experience.
Fellow appreciates that an excellent cocktail can set the tone for an exceptional dining experience and the cocktail list features inventive drinks made from premium spirits and fresh ingredients. A wide range of non-alcoholic cocktails with housemade base spirits, as well as low ABV cocktails are showcased, and made with all the complexity of a spirit-based option.
Highlights from the cocktail menu include the Bilbao with gin, olive oil, and rosemary lemon vermouth; Fields of Barley with rye, mash bill syrup, bitters, and citrus; Miami Vice Milk Punch; You Had Me at Fellow with orange-vanilla soda, sweetened only with monk fruit, 100 % sugar-free (Available non-alcoholic, low ABV, and full-spirited); Reina Picante with mezcal, sherry, tropical fruit, and spice; and the Flooda with watermelon, holy basil seed, rose, and mint (non-alcoholic); and the Marguerite, a non-alcoholic margarita made with housemade non-alcoholic tequila; among several others.
