The Television Academy hosted the 67th Emmy Awards Governors Ball, the ultimate official Emmy Awards after-party for 4,000 guests including the night’s winners, nominees, and presenters on September 13 at the AEG operated Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall. The “Reigning with Radiance” themed Ball sparkled with nearly 30-feet tall chandeliers and décor incorporating 45,000 Swarovski crystals.
International superstar Andrea Bocelli and Emmy Award winning producer and songwriter David Foster, headlined the evening’s entertainment. The songs included “Be My Love,” and “Music of the Night,” which featured a special dance performance by Dancing With The Stars Season 18 champion Maksim Chmerkovskiy and So You Think You Can Dance finalist Jacque LeWarne. Bocelli and Foster closed their set with an unforgettable performance of Bocelli’s hit “Time to Say Goodbye.”
