More than 200 female founders, experts, creatives, and emerging talent attended the inaugural Women’s Choice Award Conversations on November 28 at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood. An exclusive quarterly series connecting remarkable women across industries, the event aims to open doors to collaboration, mentorship, and activism amongst women in Los Angeles from all fields including fashion, entertainment, tech, media, and art.
Moderated by producer Wendy Sweetmore, the panel of women leaders shared experience and insight on creating new spaces and opportunities for women in their industry. The panel of speakers included Monique Coleman (Actress), Emily Best (Founder and CEO of Seek&Spark), Amanda Crew (Silicon Valley), Janie Bryant (Costume Designer for Romanoffs, IT, Mad Men), and Erin Lim (E! News The Rundown), among others.
Guests including Style & Society’s Kinya Claiborne enjoyed live performances, personalized gifts from My Intent, and a silent charity auction benefiting The Be Rare Foundation, dedicated to funding the next generation of female entrepreneurs.
