California Style Week made its grand debut, taking over Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach and transforming it into a vibrant outdoor celebration of California’s unique fashion culture. Presented by Fashion Week Haus, the event brought together a mix of local Los Angeles designers and internationally recognized brands, showcasing the essence of West Coast style.
One of the standout moments of the event was the launch of Amour Vert’s new store at Manhattan Village, perfectly timed to coincide with California Style Week. Known for its sustainable approach to fashion, Amour Vert captivated attendees with its latest fall collection on the runway. The collection featured a harmonious blend of Parisian chic and California cool, embodying the coastal girl aesthetic that has been trending across social media. From cozy sweaters to dreamy two-piece sets and stylish dresses, the collection highlighted the effortless, laid-back luxury that defines California style. The new store offers fashion enthusiasts an opportunity to explore Amour Vert’s full range of sustainable and stylish pieces, making it a go-to destination for those who value both fashion and the environment.
In addition to Amour Vert, the runway also featured collections from other prominent designers and brands. Faherty showcased its relaxed yet refined pieces, perfectly capturing the essence of California’s casual elegance. Rowan presented stylish, versatile pieces, while ECLAI brought a modern edge to the runway. Global brands like Wilson and Vans also joined the lineup, blending their iconic styles with the event’s West Coast flair.
Guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere filled with interactive beauty and fashion experiences. The event featured a customizable VANS station, permanent jewelry from Raine Calabasas, and a MAC Cosmetics beauty activation. There was also a Glambot video station, capturing the chic energy of the day, while guests sipped on cocktails from Los Sundays Tequila and indulged in delicious bites from Sushi Roku.
The debut of California Style Week brought together LA’s most fashionable celebrities, influencers, and fashion enthusiasts. The event highlighted a diverse range of styles, blending athleisure with upscale elegance, celebrating not only fashion but also the community, with partnerships that supported charitable causes like The Cause Connection’s Shop It Forward fundraiser and Anthropologie’s Recycled Denim Drive.
