Reebok x Walker Wear Launch Unity Collection 2025

on March 18, 2025 |
Fashion

Reebok, the irreverent sports culture brand, and Walker Wear, the trailblazing streetwear label founded by April Walker, have joined forces for a striking new collection arriving globally in Spring 2025. The collaboration is part of Reebok’s ongoing Human Rights Now! and United Against Racism initiatives and celebrates empowerment, unity, and legacy through bold, culturally-rooted design. Launching during Women’s History Month, this collection seamlessly blends iconic hip-hop fashion with modern streetwear, reflecting both brands’ influence on style and social progress.

Walker Wear, founded in Brooklyn in 1987, has long been a pioneer in urban fashion, shaping the aesthetic of hip-hop culture and redefining streetwear for generations. Known for timeless silhouettes and unapologetic statements, the brand continues to champion community, creativity, and social equity. In this collaboration with Reebok, Walker Wear’s signature authenticity is fused with Reebok’s rich athletic heritage, producing pieces that speak to inclusivity and cultural pride.

At the heart of the collection is a refreshed take on the iconic Reebok Freestyle Hi sneaker. Retailing for $100, the design features a custom hairy suede upper, metallic gold details, hidden purple hook-and-loop straps, and an embroidered patch reading “Lateral Cooperation Creates Vertical Movement,” symbolizing the collective strength of unity and collaboration.

Apparel from the collection includes an army-green crinkle woven jumpsuit priced at $150, featuring bungee and toggle details, and the signature “W” stitched into the belt loop. A $60 fleece crewneck is designed for both comfort and statement-making, printed with the phrase “Fly Is As Fly Does.” Completing the offering is a $35 short-sleeve jersey tee, crafted with a semi-rubber graphic print, serving as a versatile wardrobe staple. All apparel is available in inclusive sizing ranging from 3XS to 3XL.

The campaign’s focus on diversity and representation extends beyond clothing. It spotlights rising creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, each contributing to the global cultural conversation. Women were front and center across all aspects of the campaign’s development, reinforcing the importance of visibility and leadership across industries.

In line with its broader commitment to social impact, Reebok continues to partner with organizations like Black Girls Sew, a nonprofit that provides access to sewing and design education for underrepresented youth. By fostering the next generation of creators, both brands are dedicated to empowering individuals through creative expression and entrepreneurship.

With nearly 400 freestanding stores worldwide and a presence in 80 countries, Reebok continues to evolve as a leader in lifestyle and athletic design, driven by a mission to inspire progress, innovation, and inclusivity. Walker Wear, celebrated for its deep roots in hip-hop and streetwear, remains a force in fashion, culture, and education, influencing the next generation of designers and creators.
