Moët Hennessy celebrated the launch of Volcan De Mi Tierra, the luxury portfolio’s first and highly anticipated tequila to hit the market, with a launch party at the Petit Ermitage in Los Angeles, California. Celebs in attendance included Camilla Belle and George who enjoyed Volcan De Mi Tierra’s Blanco cocktails, food inspired by cuisine from Guadalajara, and upbeat music from Trio Ellas. Guests were transported through a luxurious Mexican experience paying homage to the birthplace of tequila and customized their own Volcan De Mi Tierra Blanco margaritas using a diverse selection of salts at the Mexican-inspired décor Salt Bar.
During the event, CEO and President of Volcan De Mi Tierra, Trent Fraser, shared a toast with guests and sampled a preview of the Cristalino expression, which will debut in the coming months. Volcan De Mi Tierra is Moët Hennessy’s first acquisition in Mexico as a joint venture with Mexico’s Gallardo family. The Gallardo family’s expertise and deep roots in Mexico along with Moët Hennessy’s luxury beverage expertise, has proven to be an ideal pair in creating the perfect tequila for Moët Hennessy’s first foray into the distilled beverage category.
