Selena Gomez, Kendall Jenner and Christina Milian are among 100 women who made Create & Cultivate’s annual list of women who are making moves and redefining the future of the workplace. Presented by Chevrolet, Create & Cultivate hosted a gala at City Market Social House in Los Angeles to honor the list of trailblazing women for their contributions across a variety of industries making noise, breaking boundaries, and finding new roads.
The sixth annual list was released on February 22, 2022 and also honored Telva McGruder, General Motors’ Chief of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Find New Roads category. In her role at GM, Telva leads the development and execution of strategies that ensure positive change towards a high performing, inclusive culture—painting an ambitious vision for GM to become the most inclusive company in the world. Telva is an industry leader, supporting social change through sustainability, influencing growth through teaching, and championing diversity in everything she does.
