Say hello to your inner glow with Pixi’s limited-edition collection created with fellow British-born global icon, Hello Kitty! The London-born skin-care and makeup brand joined forces with Sanrio, the Japanese company behind Hello Kitty, to release brand’s iconic bow meets iconic glow in mint green and golden-hued packaging with a Hello Kitty silhouette and emblazoned with kitty-themed bows.
The 9-piece collection features a few new and familiar Pixi skincare and makeup favorites, including some beautiful shades and hues inspired by the enduring Hello Kitty aesthetic. Hello Kitty gave some of Pixi’s best-selling skin and color products a makeover—like the Glow Tonic and Makeup Fixing Mist which now have a new label and top.
Nostalgic for early ’00s mood-changing lipsticks, the Lip Tone is a gloss-balm hybrid. The barely-there color reacts with your body’s pH, transforming to a custom and flattering shade of pink. Apples are a big part of the Hello Kitty brand (Kitty is five apples tall!), which inspired the A for Apples sheet mask. Vitamin A and apple extract combine for a super-glowy skin treatment—and the paper mask has Kitty’s face printed on it with vegetable dye for an Instagram-worthy self-care experience.
