KAANAS, a family-run footwear company created by four sisters, hosted an intimate preview to showcase new styles from their fall and holiday collections. Producing fashion-forward socially responsible products in feminine designs with classic silhouettes, each pair of shoes is designed and handmade in Colombia.
With bold prints, each collection is unique, setting them apart from other brands. The fall collection is inspired by regions of Italy, with each style named accordingly including Como, Florence, Positano, Genoa and more. The collection boasts a beautiful palette of colorways including Olive, Mauve and Metallics, along with intricate woven textile prints.
The Holiday collection, however, is largely inspired by regions of England and includes an array of elevated styles including the brand’s first block heel, which can easily transition any outfit from day to night. The collection was named in accordance with the region that inspired their silhouette including York, Oxford, Nottingham and Cambridge.
