Amazon Prime Video’s The Grand Tour took over The Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles on November 12 in celebration of their hit original series, The Grand Tour. The event was part of Amazon Prime Video’s nationwide journey to bring The Grand Tour to fans in local markets through drive-in screenings of this hit Original Series. Amazon brought the show to life at the Petersen through a screening of The Grand Tour, complimentary food & beverage, a DJ, photo booth, and tons of fun giveaways.
Guests were given an RFID wristband upon arrival to the Museum. This touchpoint gave them an all-access pass to everything Grand Tour related within the museum, including screenings of the show, gifting stations, photo booth moments, and more. Fans rounded off the day at the final gifting station, where they received Grand Tour car blankets, after touching in to all access points around the activation. The final touch point was the voting station, where attendees were able to vote on the best car on display.
