Maintaining its mission of philanthropy and expanding its LifeRide motorcycle project, Kiehl’s rode through Los Angeles on September 21-22 in honor of Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month to support the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance (OCRFA). During Kiehl’s two-day, multi-stop charity ride, motorcycle riders made stops at Kiehl’s Los Angles stores and educated customers on the work and importance of OCRFA.
At each stop, the public was invited to meet the riders, learn more about OCRFA, and contribute to efforts that provide all women with access to life-saving treatments and services. The ride concluded with a finale at the Kiehl’s store in Santa Monica, and the official announcement of Kiehl’s donation of $25,000 to OCRFA. Celebs in attendance including Alyssa Milano, Annie Ilonzeh, Brooke Hogan and Gilles Marini were treated to a live DJ, Tito’s Handmade Vodka open bar, and other refreshments from FOODLAB.
The OCRFA is the largest global organization dedicated to advancing private ovarian cancer research, advocating for increased federal research and awareness funding and further policies that support women and their families before, during and after a diagnosis.
