Carrie Underwood conquered a sold out Staples Center in Los Angeles during The Storyteller Tour with an amazing band, awesome stage & lighting, powerful vocals, and a whole new round of wardrobe & outfits. Carrie started the performance with a dramatic entrance coming up from the center of the stage singing her hits Renegade Runaway, followed by Somethin’ Bad, Undo It, Good Girl and Church Bells. Wardrobe stylist & Emmy award winning costume designer Marina Toybina planned, prepared, and put in all the man-hours with her team to get the singer ready for Underwood’s impressive tour that is now on its second leg.
Having worked with singers like Fifth Harmony, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry, which she won an Emmy for during the Super Bowl halftime show, Marina was able to work closely with The Archives & Showroom and their designers who they house in Los Angeles for Carries wardrobe and styling during the tour. Carrie Underwood chose a dramatic distressed black lace dress designed and created by celebrity designer Rahil Hesan from Dubai. Marina added golden armor like bust to the dress giving it a military modern edgy vibe to complete the epic & final look. You can see the fruits of Marina’s labor on The Storyteller Tour, keeping the country star stylish on stage through December 2016.
