Michael Riady, John Terzian, Brian Toll and The h.wood Group presented the red carpet launch of OUE SKYSPACE, the new 360 degrees outdoor high rise lounge and the SKYSPACE LA slide, inside the tallest building in Los Angeles at the US Bank Tower on July 14. Kendall Jenner hosted the exclusive Downtown Los Angeles celebration, with a featured performance by Travis Scott and sounds by celebrity deejays, Mia Moretti & The Dolls, Devin Lucien, and Arkaded. Yielding a charitable arm, the event also helped to raise awareness of Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles. Other celebs in attendance included Kim Kardashian, Calvin Harris, Usher, Floyd Mayweather, Jaden Smith, Marlon Wayans and Rumer Willis.
